If modifications are desired, we are available to adjust the plans to fit your specific needs or site conditions. Modifications may include: adding, removing, combining, or relocating spaces;  adding, removing, or relocating doors and windows; modifying the building and / or the roof form; etc. Design alteration costs will depend on the level of changes, and we will be able to provide a cost once we are clear on the revisions scope. If the extents of requested modifications are too involved, they may become less feasible. We can quickly determine if this is the case once we get the request.
