Challenge: Remodel the residence interiors, focusing on the remediation of the entryway, living areas and master wing.
Concepts: An open-riser stairway and a catwalk replaced two former stairways. Fabricated with wood and steel, these circulation elements celebrate the entry sequence and form an organizing hub linking multiple spaces and activities. The master wing’s open plan provides uninterrupted spatial flow between the bedroom, dressing area and bathroom.
